D-Mannose

D-mannose is a monosaccharide (sugar) that occurs naturally in fruits.
There are indications that D-mannose can help keep the bladder clean and that D-mannose may reduce the binding of E. coli bacteria to the bladder. More scientific research is needed to prove these effects.
D-mannose 500 provides a guaranteed high dose of the purest d-mannose. The natural form of sugar occurs in small amounts in various plants and fruits. In addition, the body itself produces d-mannose in very small quantities. The high dosage of 500 mg per capsule is exceptional.
