Dosage

Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily with a meal and a glass of water. Maximum dose of citicoline: 500 mg per day and 250 mg per dose.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended due to a lack of sufficient research.

Storage

Store in a cool, dark place at room temperature. Keep out of the reach and sight of young children.
