Dosage

Take 1 measuring spoonful with 200 ml of water or a smoothie. The maximum daily dose of EGCG is 800 mg.
Not suitable for consumption in combination with other green tea products or whilst fasting. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended due to a lack of sufficient research on safe use during this period.
