Himalaya Magnesium Bath Crystals dissolve easily in water and are ideal for a foot bath or full bath. Himalaya magnesium flakes contain a significantly high concentration of magnesium (47%). Therefore, do not use excessive amounts.
Composition
Ingredients: Aqua, Magnesium chloride (47%).
Contains no gluten, lactose, soya, GMOs, preservatives or synthetic fragrances, colours or flavourings.
Directions for use
For use in a foot bath (min. 20 minutes): immerse your feet at least up to your ankles in the foot bath containing magnesium bath salts. Use warm water at approximately 37 degrees Celsius. Use 200 to a maximum of 400 g of magnesium bath crystals.
For use in a bath (min. 30 minutes): use 120 litres of water with 2 to a maximum of 5 kg of magnesium bath crystals.
Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds. If you have serious skin problems, consult your GP.
Storage
Keep out of the reach and sight of young children. Store in a sealed container in a dry place.
Shelf life
Up to 3 years after opening.
