To use this product for the first time, turn the pump a quarter turn to open. Pump several times until the Magnesium Serum comes out. Pump as much as needed on an arm for example and possibly also distribute it on your other arm (1 pump dose is approximately 100 mg of pure elemental magnesium). So apply the Magnesium Serum in small amounts to arms, legs, stomach, armpits or wherever you want to apply it. Then massage it in very lightly. The longer you massage the magnesium in, the better the magnesium is absorbed.
A slight tingling and a warm feeling are completely normal and indicate that the magnesium is absorbed well. If the tingling is too intense, you can first moisten the skin before applying the Magnesium Serum. To stimulate the admission, let the Serum work for at least 15 minutes. You can then rinse the Magnesium Serum afterwards but most people let it absorb completely into the skin.
For an optimal effect, daily use is advisable both in the morning and in the evening. In the case of muscle aches and cramps, you can apply the Magnesium Serum directly to the painful area. In case of serious skin problems, consult your doctor first.
Too much Magnesium Serum does not make sense because it only costs magnesium and is therefore no longer absorbed by the skin so that the skin stays wet.
Use by athletes
Apply the magnesium serum well before exercise. This gives smoother muscles and less muscle pains after exercise.
Magnesium from food is always the best
In addition to magnesium supplementation, preferably use magnesium-based fruit and vegetables.
There is a lot of magnesium in green vegetables. The darker green the vegetables are, the more magnesium there is in the vegetables. If you suffer from a magnesium deficiency, then it is better to eat the dark green leaves of lettuce than the lighter green leaves. Are you not a fan of vegetables, but do you prefer to eat fruit? Then you can eat magnesium-rich fruit, such as bananas, apricots, prunes and raspberries. These fruits contain the most magnesium in comparison with other fruits.
