Vitamin D promotes the absorption of calcium. However, this can be problematic when vitamin D supplementation in high doses (from 75 mcg) is required to achieve a certain health-promoting effect.
This is because the sunshine vitamin increases calcium absorption, but does not regulate where all the extra calcium ends up. Dosage
Take two drops per day, unless prescribed otherwise. Drip it directly on the tongue. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
