Transdermal application of Sodium Bicarbonate*

Sodium Bicarbonate is particularly supportive as an addition to a Himalayan magnesium foot bath or bath. Sodium bicarbonate ensures that the magnesium is brought to the cells even faster and absorbed even faster. An additional advantage is that sodium bicarbonate has a purifying and detoxifying effect.

• Add 25 grams (about 1 tablespoon) of sodium bicarbonate to a magnesium foot bath and about 100/250 grams to a magnesium bath.

• Recommended water temperature is between 37 and 40 degrees.
