Vitakruid Psyllium & Glucomannan 450 gr

Vitakruid Psyllium & Glucomannan 450g is a fibre complex containing psyllium husks (5,000 mg) and glucomannan (1,000 mg).

Ingredients: Psyllium seed powder (Plantago afra), konjac glucomannan powder.

Does not contain: GMOs, gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.

Dosage

Take 1 measuring spoon 3 times a day, half an hour before a meal, with a 200 ml glass of water. Stir into a glass and drink immediately. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 grams of glucomannan in three doses of 1 gram each, together with 1 to 2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of an energy-restricted diet. Do not take at the same time as medication.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended due to a lack of sufficient research.

Storage

Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature. Keep out of the reach and sight of young children.
