The Multi Basis is a basic multivitamin containing all nutrients in their natural forms. When choosing a basic multivitamin, you always end up with supplements that often contain synthetic forms. Dosage
Take 1 tablet per day. Stick to the recommended dosage. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under the age of 1 (legally required notification because of ≤ 3 mg vitamin B6)

Ingredients: Minerals, Vitamins, microcrystalline cellulose (anti-caking agent), Choline bitartrate, stearic acid (anti-caking agent), rice starch, HPMC (glazing agent), glycerol (humectant). Vitamin K2 is derived from fermented soya.

Does not contain: GMO, gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
