Vitakruid Ashwagandha KSM-66® & Bioperine® capsules (90 capsules) contain KSM-66® extract from the roots of the ashwagandha plant. Ashwagandha is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India.

This jar holds 90 capsules. At one capsule a day it lasts exactly three months: the period after which Vitakruid recommends a two-week break. At two capsules a day it lasts six weeks. The same formula is also available in a jar of 60 capsules.

Ingredients: Ashwagandha (KSM-66®) (milk), HPMC (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose (filler), Piperine (Bioperine®), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

Does not contain: GMOs, gluten, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians.

Contents: 90 vegetarian capsules (43 g).

Dosage

Take 1-2 capsules per day. After 3 months of continuous use, we recommend stopping use of the product for 2 weeks.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if taking antidepressants, if you have a liver condition, a thyroid condition and/or are taking thyroid hormones. Caution is advised when taking medication that promotes the production of serotonin (particularly antidepressants). Ashwagandha may enhance the effects of these medicines. If in doubt, always order subject to a safety check by a specialist pharmacist. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended due to a lack of sufficient research. Not suitable for children, unless otherwise advised.
