Vitakruid Rhodiola extract 500 mg 3% Rosavin 60 vegan capsules is a high-quality extract containing 3% rosavin and 1% salidroside.

Ingredients: Rhodiola extract standardised to 3% rosavin and 1% salidroside, HPMC (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose (filler), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

Does not contain: GMOs, gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Dosage

Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily. After 3 months of continuous use, we recommend stopping use of the product for 2 weeks.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended due to a lack of sufficient research.
Consult your healthcare professional if you are taking medication (particularly antidepressants).
Caution is advised when using medication that promotes the production of serotonin (particularly antidepressants). Rhodiola may enhance the effects of these medicines. If in doubt, always order subject to a safety check by a specialist pharmacist.
