Norsan Omega-3 Total Lemon

Norsan Omega-3 Total Lemon 200 ml is a high-potency liquid fish oil with a fresh lemon flavour. Each tablespoon contains 2,000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA & DHA).

Norsan fish oil is sourced from wild and sustainable fisheries. The fish oil is not obtained as a by-product, but directly from the whole fish. Small fish such as sardines, mackerel and anchovies are caught in the wild. Fishing takes place in accordance with strict guidelines for sustainable fishing and is certified by the well-known ‘Friends of the Sea’ label. The fish oil is purified of contaminants and PCBs and checked in accordance with strict Norwegian regulations. 100% natural and without the use of concentrates.

Ingredients: natural fish oil, olive oil, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), mixed tocopherols (vitamin E). The lemon-flavoured Omega-3 Total contains a few drops of natural lemon oil.

Dosage

The recommended daily dose is 8 ml, which is approximately 1 tablespoon. For optimal absorption, it is recommended to take the oil with (or immediately after) a meal. At the recommended dose, the bottle will last for 25 days.

Storage

Store unopened products away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place. Crystals may form at temperatures below 4°C. These crystals will dissolve after a few minutes at room temperature. It is recommended to shake the bottle briefly before use. Keep out of reach of small children. Once opened, store the bottle in the fridge and consume within 45 days.
