Multi Day Man contains all the B vitamins. We have only added these natural energy suppliers in high and safe doses. Furthermore, we have chosen bioavailable forms that are well absorbed by the body. This means that you can also use Multi Dag Man as an active B-complex!
In addition, two forms of vitamin B6 are used in supplements, pyridoxine HCL and the biologically active form pyridoxal-5-fostate (P-5-P). So far no side effects from the use of pyridoxal-5-phosphate have been reported. Research by the University of Maastricht even shows that neuropathy caused by high doses of B6 can be fully attributed to pyridoxine HCl. The form that cannot be found in any of our products.

Saw palmetto extract supports, among other things, natural hair growth and contributes to the preservation of the reproductive organs. However, many extracts from the American plant do not meet our quality standards. The active substances are not present in effective doses, not evenly distributed, or the leaves are at the basis of the extract instead of the fruit. Some extracts even have a fatty acid content of only 25 per cent! That is why we choose the most renowned saw palmetto extract worldwide, which has been backed up by no less than nineteen(!) scientific articles and has a fatty acid content of at least 85%!

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that makes the body more resistant to stressful situations. In addition, the herb has a supporting role for cognition, helps to build muscles and maintain a good stamina. KSM-66® uses exclusively the roots of the ashwagandha plant for its extract, without adding leaves.

Many producers choose to include leaves in their extract, as these are only a fraction of the cost of the roots, about one fifteenth. Besides the fact that Ayurveda has been using the root for oral consumption for years, scientific research also shows that the health-promoting effects are mainly attributable to the root. The roots simply have a much higher content of active substances than the leaves.
