Glycodin contains generous amounts of chromium, biotin and alpha-lipoic acid.

Ingredients

Magnesium taurate, hypromellose (capsule), Alpha-lipoic acid, dicalcium phosphate (bulking agent), Biotin (vitamin B8), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), microcrystalline cellulose (anti-caking agent), Chromium (picolinate).

Safety
