Dosage

Take 1 scoop of powder with a 250 ml glass of water or fruit drink per day.

You should take creatine daily, on both rest days and training days. The most important thing is to take your dose every day. On training days, we recommend taking Elite Creatine before your workout (approx. 30–60 minutes). This is due to the presence of D-ribose, a sugar (carbohydrate) that is rapidly absorbed and provides immediate energy.

Creatine builds up in the body over time. Due to the presence of other nutrients in the formula, Elite Creatine Complex is not suitable for a loading phase. If you wish to incorporate a loading phase into your training schedule, we recommend using our Creatine Monohydrate.

When using creatine, you may retain slightly more fluid. For sports where weight gain is undesirable, it is therefore recommended to stop taking creatine four to six weeks before the competition. During this period, creatine levels in the body will return to their original levels.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended due to a lack of sufficient research.
People with diabetes, high blood pressure or reduced kidney function are advised to consult their doctor before use.
Not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

Storage

Store in a cool, dark place at room temperature. Keep out of the reach and sight of young children.
