Use

• For warming: place the brown side against your body with the white side facing outward.

• For cooling: place the white side against your body with the brown side facing outward.

• For physical tension or back pain: wrap the blanket around you so that there's a spiral on the front and back. Depending on the feeling of warmth, choose the appropriate feel-good color facing outward.

• For headaches and exhaustion: lie on top of the blanket.

• For deeper sleep: lie on top of or under the blanket.
