From nursing to high-voltage engineering and CE certification: the road Marijn has travelled is anything but ordinary. He combines a down-to-earth, medical eye with a deep passion for innovative health technology, always based on hard facts.

Marijn's journey began in healthcare. From 1992 to 1996 he studied for a Bachelor of Nursing at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen. Those years gave him a rock-solid grounding in human physiology and anatomy, knowledge he still uses today to judge what a product does with the body.
His real baptism of fire in health technology came later, through a healthy dose of necessity. When Meditech Europe ran into strict European regulations around 2021, Marijn decided not to wait and see, but to dive in deep. Together with testing and certification bodies such as KIWA and Certification Experts, he got to grips with the technology.
No dusty lecture halls, but hands-on experience at component level. Marijn learned everything about frequency emission, Tesla coils and mechanical spark gaps. The result: an official CE certificate under the Machinery Directive for the Multiwave Oscillator (MWO). Marijn may not have an electrical engineering degree on his wall, but he does have the hands-on knowledge to back up every technical statement the company makes himself, as its managing director.
Marijn has been co-owner of Meditech Europe since 2019, and since 2023 he has led the company under the DMFK umbrella, together with his wife Jolanda Kraaij and their partners Rovin Frankhuisen and Cynthia van Driel. Under their leadership the company has become the market leader in Multiwave Oscillators.
Marijn's philosophy is simple: we sell nothing we don't understand down to the last screw. To keep that knowledge sharp, he deliberately looks beyond borders. He maintains close contact with an international network of fellow specialists in the United States, Austria and Switzerland, countries with a rich and long tradition in Tesla and Lakhovsky frequency technology. This keeps Meditech Europe sharp and filters out the commercially coloured claims in the market.
Marijn will happily explain how 220 volts is converted into an impressive 120,000 volts, how the frequency spectrum works through the Lakhovsky antennas, and why the fully analogue, software-free design is exactly what makes this machine strong.
Where the industry often chooses cheaper demineralised water, Marijn swears by pure distilled water. He knows exactly how particle size, PPM concentration and electrical charge determine the stability and purity of the end product.
