Atrimove is a powder containing the following ingredients: Glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, magnesium, calcium, manganese, vitamin B6, vitamin C and vitamin D3. 1 scoop per day is sufficient. These substances support your bones, muscles, joints and cartilage either directly or indirectly.

Dosage:
Take 1 scoop of granules daily with a glass à 200 ml of water or fruit drink. Do not exceed recommended dose. An excellent combination in terms of taste and action is Atrimove with Super Greens (Vitakruid).

Tip for taking: Stir the contents of 1 scoop into; yoghurt, fruit yoghurt, quark, custard, apple sauce, chocolate milk, orange juice, fruit juice, hot tea. In case of taking with water: put 1 scoop of the granules in a glass, then add a small layer of water and stir well. Then add some more water and drink up.
