Vitakruid 5-HTP 100 mg 60 vegan capsules contain a high dose of the active ingredient 5-HTP (100 mg).

Ingredients: 30% standardised Griffonia simplicifolia extract, HPMC (capsule), maize starch, rice starch, safflower oil (Carthamus tinctorius).

Does not contain: GMOs, gluten, yeast, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Dosage

Take 1 capsule per day, preferably in the evening.
Use for 3 months, then stop for 2 weeks.

Do not use in combination with medicines that affect brain metabolism. Consult your healthcare professional if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication (such as antidepressants).

Caution is advised when using medication that promotes the production of serotonin. 5-HTP 100mg may enhance the effect of these medicines. If in doubt, always order subject to a safety check by a specialist pharmacist.
