Ordering without login

In our webshop you can place an order without having to register or having to login. Ordering a product on the site is very simple. If you find a product you can order it directly by clicking the button "add to cart", then this product is added to your cart. You can go to the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. You will get an overview of the products you have selected and you can adjust the amounts.

If you want to continue shopping click on the button "Continue Shopping". To order the product click on the button "Checkout". You can now enter your contact information. We emphasize that your data will only be used for our own administration and will never be disclosed to third parties. You can choose to have your order delivered to a different address.

In the next screen you can check if your details are correct and indicate which payment method you would like to use. Click on the button "Continue". You will see a summary of your address, your articles, the shipping costs and the total amount. Click on the button "Place Order" to complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.

Ordering with login

Once you have registered on the website you can log in using your email address and password. Your password is stored encrypted in our database. If you have forgotten your password you can request a new password. You can change your personal information in your account. Your address will be stored so that it does not not need to be resubmitted for a future purchase. Shipping costs and delivery time

On the product page you will see whether the product is in stock and if it is not, what the delivery time is.

For delivery, we opt for DPD or PostNL. If no one is present at the delivery address, we will make a second delivery attempt, if this fails, you can make an appointment with DPD at a time that suits you. We can also deliver the package at a DPD location close to you. If the item is in stock we ship it on the same day if the order is placed before 13:00.

Germany € 5.95 DPD Home Delivery or DPD Parcel Shops € 3.95

Free delivery from € 45 including VAT in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, you can calculate  the other rates as soon as you have something in your cart.

 

Did you order multiple products, but are one or more of them out of stock? We only deliver once we can send you your complete order. Would you still like to receive a part of your order earlier? Order it separately.

Delivery excluding VAT

For orders from outside the European Union no VAT is charged. Keep in mind that you do have to pay import duties and taxes. Do you have a business within the European Union but outside the Netherlands? After checking your VAT number and company name, we do not charge VAT. We will automatically check this in the order process.



Exchanges and returns

You can return your order within 14 days after delivery (statutory cooling off period) without giving a reason, if possible in the original packaging. The article should be in an original state  and undamaged. Please notify us first by email before returning. Money paid will be refunded by us within 30 days of receiving the return.

 

Warranty and defects

It is annoying when an article is not functioning properly. Always follow the instructions on the package and also consult the manual of your article for any troubleshooting. You can return your order within two months after you discovered the problem, if possible in the original packaging. In this case please contact our customer service info@meditecheurope.nl for troubleshooting. Should the product prove defective, then we will always suggest a solution. Money paid will be refunded by us within 30 days of receiving the return.

We appreciate it very much if you have suggestions or comments, and we are open to all of your recommendations. They can be mailed to info@meditecheurope.nl

Complaints:

Do you have a complaint about our service please contact the Support department at info@meditecheurope.nl You usually receive  a response to your complaint within one business day but no later than two business days. If you are not satisfied with the handling than you can also write the management. This will be responded to within 14 days. The address is:
