Ordering without log-in

You can place an order in our web shop without having to register or log in. Ordering of a product via the site could not be simpler. Once you have found a product, order it directly by clicking on the yellow "shopping cart" button, after which 1 of this article will be placed in your shopping cart.
Now go to your shopping cart by clicking on the yellow square above the green menu bar. You will now see a list of the products you have selected, and you can adapt the required numbers if you wish.

If you wish to continue shopping, click the "Continue shopping" button. If you wish to order the product, click the "Order directly" button.
You can now give us your address. We emphasise that your information will only be used for our own administration and will never be passed on to third parties.
You can also add an alternative delivery address and choose if you want us to send your order with a gift wrap.
In the following screen, you can check whether your information is correct and you can indicate your choice of payment method.
If you then click on to the next screen, a summary of your information is shown, along with the total amount of the order.
Click on the "Proceed to checkout" button to complete payment or to have the articles delivered via Cash on Delivery (NL).
You will receive confirmation of your order in an email.




Ordering with log-in

Once you have registered on the website, you can log in by using your email address and your choice of password. Your password will be encrypted and saved in our database. If you forget your password, you can request a new password. Your personal information can be changed in Your account. Your address will be saved so that you do not need to re-enter it next time you order something via the site. We emphasise that your information will only be used for our own administration and will never be passed on to third parties.

Gift wrap

You can add a different delivery address to your order. You can make a selection if you want us to send your order gift wrapped to a delivery address.




Delivery costs and delivery period

On the product page, you can see whether the product is in stock and if not, the order time. Also on the price list page you have a quick summary of the articles currently in stock. Check out the coloured dot in front of the article name.

For the Netherlands: If you would like your order to be sent via Cash on Delivery, there will be a surcharge of 5.65 euro. Your order is sent by standard TNT postal service. If there is nobody home at the delivery address, a second delivery attempt will be undertaken. If this is not successful, your package can be collected at your nearest post office. If the article is in stock, you can see the costs below, as well as the number of days it will take to deliver your order to you.

Resale

If you are a reseller of our products, for example a therapist, doctor, vet, chemist, pharmacy, etc., you may be eligible for a discount on the sales price. Registration as a reseller takes one working day because we check your company details manually. Until that time, you will only see the retail price. You will receive an email from us as soon as your status has been confirmed.




Delivery excluding VAT

VAT is not charged on orders sent outside the European Union. However, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes.
Do you have a company in the European Union but outside of the Netherlands? After checking your VAT number and company details, we shall not charge you VAT.
Registration of a VAT-free delivery takes one working day because we check your company details manually. Until that time, you will only see the retail price.




Exchanges and returned goods

Your order can be returned, in the original packaging and without having to give a reason, within 14 days of delivery (the statutory cooling down period). Please let us know by e-mail info@meditecheurope.co.uk beforehand. Any amounts already paid will be refunded by us within 30 days of us receiving your returned articles.




Warranty and defects

It is annoying if an article does not function (properly). Always follow the instructions on the packaging and also consult the guide to your article in order to solve any problems. If an article does not function properly directly upon receipt, please let us know as quickly as possible. In that case, please contact our customer service info@meditecheurope.co.uk to solve the problem. If the product proves to be defective, we will always propose a solution.

Complaints:
Do you have a complaint about our service ? Please contact our Support department via info@meditecheurope.co.uk.
You will generally receive a reaction to your complaint within 1 working day, but in any case within 2 working days.
If you are not satisfied with the way your complaint has been treated, please contact the management.
